    Original quote and measurements were accurate. Had to order specialty piece for extra wide island, so install had to be scheduled for several weeks out. No problems with contacting or obtaining quote from company. Much better customer service, price and attention that I was able to find at the big box competitors. I believe in multiple quotes and this company came in average compared to others, but they definitely excelled in quality and service. I recommended them to my mother who had her countertops replaced in March of 2013 and she is very pleased with their service, quality and price.

I contacted Ernie late on a Friday night to see if we could get into his showroom on Saturday (normally by appointment only) and he was very responsive to accommodate my request. Since then, we've spoken by phone, and exchanged information via email about countertop options and prices. His prices seem to be mid-range; we've received lower quotes and higher quotes.
